Subscription renewal occurs automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24-hours before the current period ends. Your chosen price tier will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription management and disabling of auto-renewal can be done through the Account Settings in your iTunes Account.
